Our team are experienced employment law specialists, who take a solutions-based approach to providing advice and representation for employers and employees across all aspects of HR.

Our team have in-depth knowledge of current New Zealand legislation are able to provide clear, practical support to navigate the employment relationship confidently, limit risk, and strengthen relationships.

For employers, we provide HR consultancy on an ongoing or as-needed basis. Our team can act as outsourced HR, getting to know you organisations’ goals and people deeply. Alternatively, we can support your HR team on complex issues or where an independent review or perspective is needed. 

Our Audit and Compliance team can also provide reviews and advice for employers around payroll compliance, the Holidays Act, minimum entitlements and engagement with the Labour Inspectorate.
