Mediation

The Three60 Consult employment mediation team

Our conflict resolution team provides employment mediation services to help parties address causes of conflict in the workplace and move positively forward.

Our mediators understand how stressful and difficult it can be when there is a dispute or conflict in the workplace. Conflict can be a distraction in the business, and if not resolved quickly and sustainably, it can escalate. Conflict can also cause increased dissatisfaction, decreased productivity, reduced wellbeing in individuals and teams, and potential legal risks for employers and employees.

Our experienced mediators work with individuals and teams to address:

  • Relationships in the workplace
  • Conflict between colleagues
  • Conflict within teams
  • Conflict between managers and their direct reports
  • Conflict between executives and boards.

The mediation process

Our mediation process is highly flexible and we adapt to the parties’ needs. Generally, we discuss with the problems, identify key issues and explore practical ways to resolve or manage the conflict. We provide face-to-face mediation, or online, with equal success.

No matter how complex or entrenched a case is, we believe mediation is a powerful tool in assisting parties to resolve their differences.
