This one day, in-person training course will provide participants with a framework to conduct independent employment investigations, and the skills to undertake them confidently.

This course is suitable for legal practitioners new to employment investigations, in-house HR and Employment Relations professionals, and leaders responsible for handling complaints, misconduct, or sensitive issues in the workplace related to 

  • personal grievances or disputes,
  • bullying and harassment,
  • sexual harassment,
  • Protected Disclosures,
  • Code of Conduct investigations.

Led by experienced workplace investigators, participants will benefit from their insights and practical guidance on how to avoid the issues which can impact investigations, as well as what the Employment Relations Authority view may be of these.
