Anna joined the consultancy in June 2015 as a Senior Associate and was appointed CEO in April 2019.

Anna focusses on both the leadership and management of the consulting business, ensuring we continue to deliver high quality practical employment relations solutions for New Zealand employers and employees.

With extensive experience in employment relations and dispute resolution Anna is also available to assist clients in all areas of employment. Anna is a professional mediator, having led thousands of mediations to resolution involving a broad range of issues. She has worked in a number of different jurisdictions including employment, commercial, human rights, sports, weathertight and tenancy.

Over recent years Anna has specialised in the more complex conflicts that can arise within employment which are often difficult to define but have a significantly detrimental effect in the workplace such as bullying. Anna often works with large groups and is able to tailor her approach to fit the particular issues and people involved.

Anna also has significant experience assisting parties in collective bargaining and has been involved in some of New Zealand’s most high profile industrial relations disputes in recent history. Anna has mediated bargaining impasses across a number of different industries including transport, education, energy, retail and healthcare.

Anna has both a Bachelor of Laws and Arts from Auckland University and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court in 2003 (although she does not hold a current practicing certificate). She has also lectured in Employment Relations for Unitec. Anna has advanced mediation accreditation with Resolution Institute, is a Member of the Institute of Directors, and is also an accredited Conflict Coach, which enables her to work one on one with individuals to address issue of conflict and to develop conflict management processes.

Anna also designs and delivers a significant number of presentations and workshops for large conferences and for smaller teams.

Lynn joined the consultancy in 2017 after almost twenty years in employment relations, including roles where she was employed as a Senior Labour Inspector and an Employment Mediator with the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.

Lynn is a qualified mediator with significant experience in all areas of conflict resolution having mediated over 2000 matters. She has mediated the full spectrum of employment and work related issues, including on-going and difficult employment relationship problems, disputes arising out of the interpretation of collective agreements, recovery actions, personal grievances, collective bargaining, human rights matters and issues arising from principal/contractor arrangements. Over recent years Lynn has been involved with a number of high profile disputes and assisted parties in reaching a resolution where the alternative was a significant impact on the individual, the business or the wider community.

Lynn also undertakes independent investigations. She has significant experience with investigations that involve allegations of bullying, harassment and sexual harassment and where allegations have been made against elected officials for breaching the relevant code of conduct.  Lynn has also undertaken pulse check reviews to assist leaders to gain insights into the current culture of their organisation from their employee perspectives.

Lynn frequently delivers training and facilitated discussions with groups of all sizes, tailoring workshops to suit the needs of the workplace and participants.

Lynn also leads Three60 Consult’s audit and compliance review team, which supports organisations to confidently meet their minimum entitlement obligations.

James Crichton joined Three60 Consult as a Barrister and Employment Law Specialist in August 2019. He is available for investigations, legal opinions, mediations, and to provide employment relations advice.

James was appointed Chief of the Employment Relations Authority in August 2015.  He had been a Member of the Authority since September 2004, based, for the first seven years in Christchurch and since 2011, in Auckland.  Before his appointment to the Authority, his varied career included a period working in the ports industry as a senior manager, a period as chief executive of a local authority, and a lengthy involvement in governance in the health sector.  He was variously a trustee of a private hospital trust, a member of a Crown Health Enterprise Advisory Committee, a director of a Crown Health Enterprise and a member of a district health board.

As a practising lawyer for the twenty years prior to his appointment to the Authority, James specialised in employment law and alternative dispute resolution, looking after clients in a range of industries including health, but also accepted engagement as a statutory intervener under the Education Act, acting as commissioner or limited statutory manager of four state schools.

Campbell has a breadth and depth of investigation experience gained initially with the New Zealand Police and later with a commercial and people centric focus gained while at Wesfarmers owned Bunnings, Deloitte Forensic and most recently with DHL.

Campbell has carried out criminal and employment investigations, interviewing and gathering evidence to support or refute allegations and complaints made. Campbell capably supports our clients with workplace investigations to ensure that best practice processes and procedures are followed.

As for mediation and conflict resolution, Campbell has extensive experience gained within a Policing and Commercial setting. His strengths lie in his ability to quickly gain and build the trust of parties involved in a conflict, combined with a willingness to explore the development of pragmatic solutions. Currently, Campbell’s primary area of work is in the area of ongoing employment relationships.

Maureen joined Three60 consult in 2021 following a number of years at Auckland Council. She brings a wealth of experience undertaking organisational and cultural reviews and implementing cultural change, working with a range of stakeholders. She is very experienced navigating complicated and sensitive issues with compassion and care.

Maureen is passionate about resolving issues before they escalate and working alongside employees to develop positive work place culture and healthy functioning team relationships. She is a trained mediator and uses these communication skills to bring about constructive and positive outcomes in her interactions.

Maureen is a PSPLA-registered private investigator and was a specialist interviewer with 14 years’ experience in the New Zealand police, specialising in sexual assault and domestic violence. She has extensive experience investigating confidential allegations.

Meredith joined Three60 Consult in 2024 as Communications and Connections Coordinator.

With a background in marketing and design across SMEs and public sector organisations, Meredith focuses on connecting Three60 with new and existing clients, alongside an operations focus around process improvement and providing support to our team in client work.
