Jordana Leerson

Jordana brings over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations, and Talent Acquisition across both the public and private sectors in New Zealand. She has held senior roles at a number of large organisations such as Auckland Council and Fonterra. Jordana has led complex employment matters and advised on a wide range of issues including personal grievances, restructurings, disciplinary and performance processes, workplace investigations, privacy, and collective bargaining.

Jordana holds a Bachelor of Laws from Auckland University of Technology and was admitted to the High Court as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2025. While she does not currently hold a practising certificate, her legal training and extensive practical experience enable her to provide clear, timely, and pragmatic advice that helps clients resolve employment issues efficiently and effectively. Jordana is known for her strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence outcomes, and has coached and mentored HR and ER professionals, designed ER strategies and policies, and facilitated training for managers.

Jordana joined Three60 Consult in 2025, bringing with her a deep understanding of employment law, a strategic mindset, and a passion for supporting organisations through complex people challenges.
