Jordana Leerson

Jordana has over fifteen years’ experience in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations and Talent Acquisition. She is able to advise on personal grievance claims, restructuring, disciplinary and performance management processes, investigations, privacy and collective bargaining.

Jordana graduated from Auckland University of Technology with an LLB and was admitted to the High Court as a Barrister and Solicitor in 2025 (although she does not hold a current practicing certificate). She understands that employment law advice is usually time sensitive and requires clear analysis to resolve problems cost effectively and quickly.

Jordana has joined Three60 Consult in 2025, having previously worked for some of New Zealand’s largest Private and Public sectors as Legal Counsel, Employment Relations Advisor, Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Consultant.
