Sarah Sherwin

Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Labour Economics and Human Resource Management from the University of Auckland; Private Investigator (PSPLA Registered)

Sarah first joined the consultancy in August 2010, having gained generalist human resources experience from working in the United Kingdom.  Following a period of time focusing on her young family, Sarah has recently re-joined Three60 Consult as a Senior Associate.

Sarah has highly developed employment relations skills and offers her clients practical advice, support and advocacy at every level.  Having worked with some of the consultancy’s biggest clients, Sarah has managed multiple restructuring and change management projects, collective bargaining, disciplinary and performance management issues, disputes and personal grievances (including representation at Mediation and the Employment Relations Authority), drafting employment agreements and policies, managed recruitment assignments, and delivered customised training sessions.

As a skilful problem-solver, Sarah ably assists clients with complex matters; researching and providing written opinions and practical advice.  She has advised clients on a number of restraint of trade, and independent contractor verses employee disputes and has specialist expertise in the technical area of Part 6A of the Employment Relations Act (continuity of employment where  employees’ work is affected by restructuring).
