Speak Up Safely

Speak Up Safely

Help to create a safer, more transparent workplace with Speak Up Safely—an anonymous reporting service designed to help your staff raise concerns they may not feel comfortable sharing in person.

Speak Up Safely provides a confidential and secure way for staff to raise workplace concerns—such as bullying, harassment, misconduct, or fraud—which they may not be comfortable speaking up about in person.

The service is designed to:

  • Encourage early reporting of issues before they escalate.
  • Demonstrate your commitment to psychological safety.
  • Gain insights into workplace culture and risks.
  • Support compliance with employment relations and health and safety regulation.

By offering an anonymous reporting channel, you show your team that their wellbeing matters and that concerns will be taken seriously.

How it works

  • Your organisation is assigned a unique, secure email address (e.g. [yourorganisation]@speakupsafely.help).
  • Staff can use this address to report concerns anonymously.
  • Messages are received and triaged by our team of experienced workplace investigation and conflict resolution specialists.
  • We assess the nature of the concern and notify your HR team or management.
  • If needed, we can provide advice on next steps or act as an intermediary to gather further information—while protecting the identity of the complainant.

What’s included

  • Setup of a dedicated email address for your organisation.
  • A communications kit to help promote the service internally.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the email inbox.
