Full payment is required within 7 days of receipt of invoice.
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start of the course will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another person within the same organisation at no additional cost. Please notify us of any changes in writing.
Course Changes and Liability
Three60 Consult Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training courses due to maintenance, health and safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future course date.
Three60 Consult Limited will not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Acts of war or terrorism
Epidemics or pandemics
Any other events beyond our reasonable control

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
