Paul Diver Associates is pleased to introduce Lynn Booker as our new Conflict Resolution and Investigations Expert.

Many of you will know Lynn from her many years as an employment mediator with MBIE or perhaps even from her time with the Labour Inspectorate. Lynn is well known for her outstanding knowledge, experience and skill in employment relations and conflict resolution, particularly in those tricky ongoing relationship problems.

As an organisation, we work with our clients to achieve pragmatic solutions which address both short term issues and strengthen the overall employment relationship. Lynn will be an integral part of our Conflict Resolution Team, which is one of the fastest growing parts of our business. Among other things, Lynn is available for private mediations, early conflict management, independent investigations and will be prepared to wade into any difficult workplace situation with her usual creativity and perseverance.

Lynn can be contacted on 021 740 060 or email [email protected]
