Campbell Gourlay

Campbell brings a wealth of experience in commercial, criminal, and employment investigations, with a career that began in the New Zealand Police and continued through roles at Bunnings (Wesfarmers), Deloitte Forensic, and DHL.  

He is dedicated to supporting our clients with workplace investigations, ensuring that every process and procedure meets best practice standards. As a seasoned Code of Conduct Investigator, Campbell is regularly called upon by regional and city councils as an independent external investigator to help resolve complex complaints.  

Formally trained and accredited as a mediator with the Resolution Institute of New Zealand, Campbell has extensive experience in formal workplace mediation. He has supported individuals and teams across a wide variety of industries, addressing everything from personal grievances and challenging employment relationships to large team conflicts. 

Campbell’s approachable manner enables him to quickly build trust with all parties involved in a dispute. He is committed to developing practical solutions that focus on sustainable outcomes. Currently, his main focus is on fostering positive, ongoing employment relationships and delivering conflict resolution strategies tailored to the unique needs of those involved.
