This one day, in-person training course will provide participants with a framework to conduct independent employment investigations, and the skills to undertake them confidently.

This course is suitable for legal practitioners new to employment investigations, in-house HR and Employment Relations professionals, and leaders responsible for handling complaints, misconduct, or sensitive issues in the workplace related to 

  • personal grievances or disputes,
  • bullying and harassment,
  • sexual harassment,
  • Protected Disclosures,
  • Code of Conduct investigations.
